I'll be honest: posting on social media has never been my thing. Given the choice, I'd rather be out showing a house or driving up a logging road somewhere. But I've realized something. When you, or someone you know, has a real estate question about the Silver Valley, I want to be the person you think of. That's hard to do if nobody ever sees me.
So I'm starting to show up more, including on camera. Here's my very first video:
What you can expect
Real talk about buying and selling in Shoshone County. That means what's happening in our market, how the process actually works, and the stuff nobody tells you until you're in the middle of a transaction. Here, that includes things like older homes, mining-district soil rules, and winter on I-90. I'll keep it plain and practical.
I'll also share some of what I love about living here, because the trails, the mountains, and the river days are a big part of why I'm in the Silver Valley in the first place.
Send me your questions
If there's something about real estate you've always wondered about, ask. Leave it in the comments on YouTube or send it to me directly, and I'll try to answer it in a future video or post. No question is too basic.

Even if you're six months or more out, it's never too early to start the conversation.
